Consultation
The first step to determine if we can help you is for our team to review your case. Meet with one of our doctors for a complimentary consultation and find out if an examination is warranted
Examination
If our doctor determines an examination is required and you would like to move forward, an extensive Bio-Structural Examination will be performed and all necessary data will be collected
Customization
Following the examination and analysis, the doctor will interpret your results. If a core problem is uncovered with your spine and nervous system, a customized plan will be designed and presented to you

Until a case review and a Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination™ has been performed to determine the nature of your problem, we aren’t always 100% able to say if chiropractic care is needed.
If a problem with your spine and nervous system is detected, our West Knoxville Chiropractor will be able to help you. In a situation where no problem is found or our doctors determine joint management of your case is ideal, our team will refer you to one of the “approved” providers (massage, physiotherapy, naturopathy, trainers) within our network.
A Case Review will take between 15-30 minutes.
When warranted, a Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination will take 30-45 minutes.
If a Core Problem is detected, the number of visits required will be based on 3 factors:
- Your goal and objectives.
- How much damage has occurred.
- How long you have had this Core Problem.
To ensure you are in the correct place and we can help, the consultation is complimentary. If an examination is warranted and you would like to move ahead with the Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination, the examination, analysis and review of your results is $140.
If you are fortunate enough to have some extended health coverage (over 70% of our practice does not have coverage) to reduce a portion of your investment, our team can issue an itemized statement of services for your insurance provider.
